Dates to remember:
January 1st - You will receive your annual HOA dues invoice electronically to your registered email address the HOA has on file. If you do not use email please sent us a request to have your invoice mailed to you via USPS.
February 1st - Payment is due.
March 1st - A 10% late charge will be added if not paid.
Please note that the late fees charge starts each year on March 1.
