RV Parking On Our Streets
Several directors have been notified about RVs parked on the streets in Desert Hills 3 East.  This is a reminder to all residents that the CCRs do not permit RVs being parked on the streets. Parking RVs impedes emergency vehicle access as well as blocking the street for other vehicles.

First, RVs must be parked in a driveway, garage, carport or in guest parking.  If an RV does not fit in these spaces it will have to be parked outside of Desert Hills 3 East.

Second, RVs can remain parked in Desert Hills 3 East for only 72 hours, 3 days, at one time.  Over the course of a month, RVs can be parked for a total monthly time of 144 hours or 6 days.
Third, while parked in guest parking in Desert Hills 3 East living in the RV is not permitted.
