Helpful Information

Architectural / Landscaping for your home:  Before you undertake any changes to the exterior of your house/yard, you need your plans approved. New installations and changes, repainting, screen doors and windows require approval. If in doubt, ask.
 
Maintenance / Landscaping in Common Areas:  If you would like to see work done in a common area of our neighborhood, please let us know.

Next of Kin and Emergency Contacts 
Over the past few years, we have had members of our HOA pass on with no next of kin or emergency contacts. This causes many difficulties for the emergency personnel that respond. Please update and submit your Next-of-Kin Contact Form. Thank you!
 
Help with our Common Areas
If you would like to improve or manage a common area let your maintenance committee work with you. Also, if you see any invasive species (Buffelgrass, Fountain Grass and Stinknet) please notify the Maintenance/Landscaping committee. Click here for more information.
