Helpful Information

Architectural / Landscaping for your home:  Before you undertake any changes to the exterior of your house/yard, you need your plans approved. New installations and changes, repainting, screen doors and windows require approval. If in doubt, ask.
 
Maintenance / Landscaping in Common Areas:  If you would like to see work done in a common area of our neighborhood, please let us know.

Board Meeting August 13, 9:30am at the Elks Lodge
Due to several recently enacted changes to Arizona Law regarding HOAs, the Board has added a meeting to discuss the changes and how they affect our community. All residents are welcome to attend.

Next of Kin and Emergency Contacts 
Over the past few years, we have had members of our HOA pass on with no next of kin or emergency contacts. This causes many difficulties for the emergency personnel that respond. Please update and submit your Next-of-Kin Contact Form. Thank you!
